The restaurant of Nordic Hotel Forum invites you to enjoy a special evening where flavors, art, and champagne come together. A champagne-inspired seafood menu will be paired with drinks selected by Sophie Cossy, owner and winemaker of the historic Champagne Cossy, and the evening will also feature the opening of the “One Painting Exhibition” showcasing a new work by artist Juss Piho.
